You normally pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
We refund the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. The standard outbound delivery charge is refunded where required by law.
